Nature house in Grandmenil

It really is a beautiful little house. It’s decorated with great style. There were beautiful flowers all throughout the house. The kitchen and bathroom were lovely. The garden is also very beautiful. We received a very warm welcome, and there was even a hearty breakfast waiting for us the next morning. The entire stay was truly fantastic.

Echt een heel mooi huisje. Heel sfeervol ingericht. Door het huis heen stonden mooie bloemen. Een fijne keuken en badkamer. Ook de tuin is erg mooi. Ook de ontvangst was erg hartelijk en voor de volgende ochtend was er zelfs een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het hele verblijf was er echt fantastisch.

From the house, you could walk right into the woods, where it was very quiet. I saw some deer and a badger.

Vanuit het huis liep je zo het bos in . Waar het erg rustig was. Hertjes gezien, en een das.

We'll definitely be back at the Koetshuis.

We stumbled upon this vacation home by chance. After reading several reviews, we decided to book it. Our expectations were high, given all the positive reviews from others! Those expectations were more than met! What a wonderful vacation home. Upon arrival, we found a selection of cold drinks and a delicious snack waiting for us, so we could settle in right away. The fridge was already generously stocked with food and drinks for breakfast and other meals, including croissants we could bake ourselves. There were fresh flowers in several rooms. In the bathroom, we also noticed that real attention had been paid to the details—not only were the towels laid out, but there were also cotton swabs and all sorts of other items.

We were welcomed by the owners of the Koetshuis, Henco and Saskia. Two lovely people who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. We’ve never felt as welcome as we did at the Koetshuis! Thank you so much, Henco and Saskia, for all your warmth and love!

We waren bij toeval bij dit vakantiehuis gekomen. Na het lezen van meerdere ervaringen, hebben we geboekt. De verwachtingen lagen hoog, gezien al de positieve ervaringen van anderen! Deze verwachtingen zijn meer dan overtroffen! Wat een heerlijk vakantiehuis. Bij aankomst stonden diverse koude drankjes en een heerlijk hapje klaar, zodat we gelijk konden landen. De koelkast was al rijkelijk gevuld met eten en drinken voor o.a. het ontbijt, inclusief croissantjes die we konden afbakken. In diverse kamers stonden verse bloemen. In de badkamer merkten we ook op dat er echt op details gelet is, niet alleen de handdoeken lagen klaar maar ook wattenstokjes en allerlei andere dingen.

We werden welkom geheten door de eigenaren van het Koetshuis, Henco en Saskia. Twee lieve mensen die alles uit de kast hebben getrokken om ons verblijf tot in de puntjes te verzorgen. We hebben ons nog nooit zo welkom gevoeld als in het Koetshuis! Dank jullie wel, Henco en Saskia, voor alle warmte en liefde!

The interior of the house is completely finished, neat, and spotless. They’ve thought of everything: a fully stocked kitchen, everything you need in the bathroom, right down to fresh flowers and a stuffed animal for our little one. A lot of thought has gone into the details, which we always appreciate.

We hardly left the house during the week we were there, but we thoroughly enjoyed the house, the BBQ, and the surroundings. Our dog came along, and he had a wonderful time too! All in all, a wonderful vacation! (The infrared sauna while the little one was sleeping was a lovely extra luxury!)

Het huis is van binnen compleet af, netjes en brandschoon. Overal is aan gedacht; volle keuken, alles voor in de badkamer tot aan verse bloemen en een knuffeltje voor onze kleine. Er is ook over veel nagedacht, waar wij altijd wel van houden.

We zijn in de week dat we er waren bijna niet weggeweest, maar hebben vooral intens genoten van het huis, de bbq en de omgeving. Onze hond was mee en voor hem was het ook heerlijk! Al met al een heerlijke vakantie! (De infrarood sauna als de kleine slaapt was een heerlijke extra luxe!)

Fantastic! I wish everyone could have this experience. It’s quiet and peaceful, and you’re truly in the middle of a forest. We even saw two little deer in the garden.

The owners’ house is also on the property, but thanks to the clever layout, you don’t notice it at all. They’re quiet, kind people who really don’t want to “bother” you. If there’s anything you need, they’ll ask in advance if it’s okay for them to stop by.

Fantastisch! Ik gun iedereen deze ervaring. Je hebt stilte, rust en zit echt in een bos. We zagen zelfs twee hertjes in de tuin.

Het huis van de eigenaren staat ook op het terrein, maar door de slimme indeling merk je hier niets van. Het zijn rustige, lieve mensen die je vooral niet willen "storen". Mocht er toch iets zijn, vragen ze even van tevoren of ze langs kunnen komen.
