Nature house in Pont de Labeaume

Peacefully located on top of a mountain, a 10-minute drive from the nearest village (Pont de Labeaume), is this nature house. There is a beautiful hiking area. In the village there is a beach, where you can swim in the river. There is also a bakery, a bar-tabac and a restaurant/snack bar.The house has been in use as a residence. It is located against the slope and several terraces belong to it. It is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. In the house there is a large hall with sitting area and fireplace, a spacious kitchen-diner and two large bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. There is also seating in both bedrooms, a shower room with sink and a separate toilet.

The house is located at the top of a mountain, with beautiful views of the valley and the other mountains. You can hike and bike beautifully and descend along a path to the river.
