Nature house in Eck en Wiel

It is a quiet place with a nice view of the greenery. There was even a hare walking in the garden.

Het is een rustige plek met een mooi uitzicht op het groen. Er liep zelfs een haas in de tuin.

Lovely place, nice spacious cottage. Nice owners!

Heerlijke plek, fijn ruim huisje. Aardige eigenaren!

Prima en gezellig huisje , niet te luxe wat past bij een natuurhuisje.
En de verhuurder heeft enorm lekker gekookt.

Prachtige natuur, zelfs in de winter!

A four to my regret because on the outside it is beautiful! This cottage has the potential to be idyllic were it not for the fact that it is much and much too crowded with cabinets of very different styles on each wall, a single mattress against the wall, a double mattress rolled up with a rope around it in the corner and two dining areas with a total of 13 dining chairs. Way and way too much if you rent it to two adults and possibly two small children. Then a lot needs replacing including the stained bed couch that sags when you sit on it and the two single beds in the bedroom that are pushed together and when you lie in them you roll to the pit in the middle. The shower did fine except for the drain of the water, stood in my own shower wall. But most importantly we found that it was not clean. Dust stains and cobwebs or so stale. Too bad but we will not come here again.

Een vier tot m’n spijt want aan de buitenkant is het prachtig! Dit huisje heeft de potentie idyllisch te zijn ware het niet dat het veel en veel te vol staat met kasten met heel verschillende stijlen op iedere muur, een eenpersoons matras tegen de muur, een tweepersoonsmatras opgerold met een touw eromheen in de hoek en twee eethoeken met in totaal 13 eetkamerstoelen. Veel en veel te veel als je het verhuurd aan twee volwassenen en evt twee kleine kinderen. Dan is veel aan vervanging toe waaronder de vlekkerige bedbank die doorzakt als je er op zit en de twee eenpersoonsbedden in de slaapkamer die zijn tegen elkaar aangezet en als je erin ligt rol je naar de kuil in het midden. De douche deed het prima op de afvoer van het water na, stond in m’n eigen douchewand. Maar het allerbelangrijkste vonden we dat het niet schoon was. Stof vlekken en spinnenwebben oftewijl smoezelig. Jammer maar wij komen hier niet weer.

The Betuwe is also beautiful in autumn.

Ook in de herfst is de Betuwe prachtig.
