This authentic former free school has on the first floor a spacious, bright living room with fireplace and an open kitchen equipped with all comforts. Here you will find, among other things, a cooking combination on gas and electricity, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand blender and so on. On this floor there is also a separate toilet and a washing machine. The upper floor of the nature house has three bedrooms: two with a double bed, one with two single beds and a nice bathroom with shower (small bath for children), toilet and sink. On the ground floor you can use a couch that can be transformed into a sofa bed for two people. The fully enclosed spacious garden has an unforgettable view of the valley and the village.

The nature house can be found in the Ardêche department with its impressive nature. The nature house is the ideal base for rest seekers and adventurers. Saint Mélany is 20 kilometers from Joyeuse, 35 kilometers from Les Vans, 40 kilometers from Aubenas and 45 kilometers from Vallon Pont D'Arc. For the more active, there are plenty of options, including swimming, canoeing and beautiful bike rides. Hikers can already start dreaming, an absolute must in Saint Mélany is "Le Sentier des Lauzes in which beautiful nature is enriched with cultural input. Or go to "Ron des Fades at six kilometers from the nature house where one can visit this miniature village. In the middle of the chestnut hearths, a village and landscape were created with natural materials that give an idea of life in these Cevennes valleys. Really worth it! Also visit the typical villages. The surrounding mountains are easily walkable and old "donkey trails" form the basis of the hiking network. Joyeuse, at first glance a banal transit village with shopping centers, but the upper (medieval) old town is worth discovering.
