This nature house is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Overijssel Vecht valley, near Dalfsen and just east of Zwolle. Its rich history and residents have shaped the estate over centuries. Hidden among the trees is the detached nature house, a historic gem from the last century that served as a billiard room for the landlord. Special heritage and recently decorated into a wonderful outdoor place. Cosy lodging in nature. Enjoy wide views over the meadows full of peace, space and silence. Here the nights are dark and you can hear the call of the owl. The nature house is furnished as a studio with a compact kitchen, comfortable living room and cozy wood stove. Pure and comfortable with natural, sustainable materials. The generous double bed (a design by Piet Hein Eek) is made up with special By Mölle bed linen. The comforters and pillows are made of organic wool and organic cotton. The nature house has a private garden with an outdoor wooden table, nice seats and a barbecue. From the garden you can walk straight into the forest and enjoy the estate with its own historic orchard.

What makes this area so special is that the estate is still complete. The estate first appears in the archives in 1391. The Overijssel Vecht valley is a beautiful region. In the nature house you will find more information and maps of the area. In the barn there are two bicycles. As you will discover, the estate has a rich history and even its own grape greenhouse and orchard. There are two marked hiking trails of 3.5 kilometers (yellow route) and 5.5 kilometers (red route). Numerous animals live on the estate, including the otter, badger, ermine and the kingfisher. In the grasslands daisy and cornflower bloom. In the water live roach, tench and pike. And, of course, the grass snake. With some luck you will see it swimming through the moat.
