A true nature house!
Een op en top natuurhuisje!
A true nature house! The location is fantastic, at the end of a beautiful valley. Views of the mountain peaks all around you. We were lucky enough to have two weeks of beautiful weather, so we spent a lot of time outdoors. The cottage itself is fully equipped with all the amenities. Since the weather was so nice, we hardly spent any time inside (only to cook, shower, and sleep). We found the house clean upon arrival. The information and instructions you receive in advance from Jorien are also helpful and practical. There are beautiful (challenging!) hikes to take starting from the house, as well as in the surrounding area. We brought our bikes (electric :-)) and went on some lovely rides with them too (cycling through valleys along small rivers and up little hills). If you take the small country roads, it’s perfectly doable (just watch out for dogs guarding their homes as you cycle by...).
All in all, a great place to get away from it all! We really enjoyed our stay.Een op en top natuurhuisje! De ligging is fantastisch, aan het einde van een prachtig dal. Uitzicht naar de toppen van de bergen om je heen. We hebben het geluk gehad dat we 2 weken mooi weer hebben gehad dus heel veel buiten geweest. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien. Omdat het dus zo'n mooi weer was weinig binnen geweest (alleen om te koken, douchen en slapen). We troffen het huis schoon aan. Ook de tekst en uitleg die je ontvangt vooraf van Jorien is handig en praktisch. Er zijn vanuit het huis mooie wandelingen (pittig!) te maken. Maar ook in de nabije omgeving. Wij hadden de fietsen (elektrische :-)) meegenomen en ook daarmee mooie tochten gemaakt (door dalen fietsen langs riviertjes en colletjes omhoog). Als je de kleine weggetjes neemt is dat prima te doen (wel opletten voor honden die hun huis bewaken als je langsfietst...).

(Wij nemen altijd eigen hekwerk mee, zo hebben we nergens een probleem.)
Het huis is ideaal gesitueerd, lekker buitenaf, je kunt vanuit het huisje heerlijke wandeltochten maken en wandelen met je hond kan er ook prima. Het uitzicht vanuit de tuin is al prachtig en verveelt nooit.
In de wijde omgeving kan er gefietst, gewandeld en rondgereden worden met steeds prachtige uitzichten.
