This nature house is an authentic farmhouse. The owner is the neighbor lady here who has had the house completely renovated to possibly live next to her sister at a later date (both ladies are already quite elderly). The house is completely blank, so no personal belongings. Downstairs you have a very large room with on the left the large fireplace in which an open fire can be made. Around the fireplace is a couch, and the back wall is occupied by the open kitchen. The room has windows on three sides and French doors. Especially to the left gives a great view of the entire valley. The right wall adjoins the utility room where there is a washing machine and lots of storage space. Downstairs is also an extra toilet.The stairs upstairs gives access to a landing with two large bedrooms, a very well-kept bathroom and an indoor garage.Downstairs, in addition to the fireplace, you have the possibility of electric heating. In the bathroom there is also heating. It is a bathtub with possibility to shower. The bedrooms are spacious and bright. Each room has a double bed with a single bed. Around the house is a very large garden. In the picture you can still see some clutter but that is long in the past. The garden is well maintained and completely free.

In the surroundings of La Badiale you can make beautiful walks, unwind, light fires, watch the stars, swim, canoe, bike, ski, visit an old town or take a donkey ride with one of our donkeys! The nature house is located at 900 meters altitude in the Auvergne, 1000 kilometers from Utrecht. The Auvergne is an authentic part of France which is characterized by peace and quiet. Between the untouched forests, wild rivers, windy plateaus and green hills formed by volcanoes, French farmers cultivate their fields here. Le Soleil is located in the Forez Livradois. One of the largest nature reserves in France. From La Badiale you can make beautiful walks. For culture lovers there are numerous castles and old villages with Romanesque churches to visit where on Saturday market vendors sell their goods.
