Nature house in Lettelbert

In the beautiful north of the Netherlands you will find surrounded by meadows and waterways this beautiful, fully furnished nature house. The mobile home is fully equipped. Real beds, rustic furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. You also have a private bathroom with hot shower, toilet and sink in the adjacent bathhouse. The mobile homes are located near the Leekstermeer lake, the forests of Drenthe and the Frisian water sports area. The city of Groningen is 12 kilometers away. In front of the door you can swim in the natural water of the Lettelberterdiep or start your canoe trip. Canoes and bicycles can be rented at the campsite.In the nearby village of Leek is Nienoord Castle, a beautiful estate with a walking area, a large playground and a beautiful swimming pool with water slides.On site you will also find a large vegetable garden where you can find fresh vegetables and herbs. The children can feed the chickens and find fresh eggs there. In Oostwold and Midwolde you will find good restaurants. You can also cook for yourself in the mobile homes, there is a complete kitchen. The nature house is located on the Lettelberterdiep which is in direct connection with the Leekstermeer. You can swim, fish or start a canoe trip from our jetty. On the other side of the Lettelberterdiep lies a 'bergboezem' ;an overflow area in times of flooding. This area is freely accessible to hikers, bird lovers can enjoy themselves here. The nature house is located on the Nienoord route, a beautiful bike ride through the Westerkwartier. Near the Leekstermeer are the Lettelberterpetten, with a beautifully situated bird observation hut. Should you feel the need for a day in the city, the cozy city of Groningen is 12 kilometers away and is easily reached by bicycle.
