Nature house in Boer

A cozy converted house (artistic and own style) in an imposing 19th century farmhouse in a small hamlet on the Eleven Cities Route. The house has 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped living kitchen with large stove, large dining table and hanging bench, an impressive hallway, separate toilet and fine shower. The living kitchen is directly adjacent to the yard with French doors. When there is plenty of cooking and fun in the living kitchen, you can retire to the master bedroom. Next to the master bedroom is a small cozy room with a single bed. The other bedroom has an air-double and a single bed. Bedding for 5 people is included. On request, 1 or 2 extra people can come along. There are plenty of games, craft supplies and books. A crib, trip-trap chair and high chair provided. Wheelchair accessible. Old-fashioned cozy without WiFi; cooking together, making music (piano), playing games or playing outside in the yard

The farm stands in a fruit orchard. Apples, pears, plums, raspberries and berries. From the nature house you have the great view over the meadows towards the Wadden Sea dike and view of a 12th century church. The nature house is located 100 meters from the Riedstervaart, part of the Elfstedentocht. In the winter you can skate and in the summer it is great swimming. Or swimming in the nature pool Swanneblom, the Wadden Sea or outdoor pool in Leeuwarden or Witmarsum. Boer is conveniently located to Leeuwarden, Harlingen, Franeker and Waddendijk / islands. Ideal for trips from here to make. Get a breath of fresh air on the Waddendijk, visit the world famous Planetarium in Franeker, shopping and cultural enjoyment in Leeuwarden or take the ferry in Harlingen to Vlieland or Terschelling. Near Boer is the church of St. Jacobiparochie, where the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostella begins. In this neighborhood, vegetables, fruits ea are often offered at the road.
