This detached nature house is from 1870 and is well hidden on an estate, less than 870 kilometers from Utrecht. The house stands in a wooded area on a hill at the beginning of the Massif Central of the Puy de Dôme. On the grounds are several farm animals, including chickens, peacocks, rabbits and sheep and on the playing field is a trampoline with swings and a blow-up Jacuzzi, in the surrounding woods you can enjoy hiking. In addition to a lounge and kitchen there are three spacious bedrooms. In the house is WiFi + smart television with Netflix available. Outside there is a picnic table and barbecue. There is a high chair and crib available. Five minutes away at the village of Lapeyrouse is a beautiful swimming lake with sandy beaches and stores and amenities are also within seven minutes (Carrefour & Lidl). This volcano is 1465 meters high and you can climb the volcano via a hiking trail. You can also take the new tramway to the top. On the Puy de Dôme there is an information center and with clear weather you have a fantastic view of the volcanoes of the Massif Central.
