Nature house in Pilard, commune Gouttieres

Are you looking for peace and quiet and space? Then this is the ideal place! It is a small "domaine", located on one hectare of land and has its own access road. On the grounds there are two houses: our farmhouse and this nature house. Both houses are on the same property, but completely free from each other. The nature house has been renovated with much care and love: it used to be the house of the farmer's worker. On the second floor the living room and the bedroom (view). An extra bed can be placed in the sleeping loft. The barns are mostly still in the old state and contain treasures from the past. Having breakfast in front of the house in the morning, enjoying the sun in the afternoon and bbqing in the evening; living like God in France really does exist! Especially in summer people live outside, but if you want to go inside, everything has been thought of. In the living room you can play cards, games, read books, listen to the radio or watch television. There are plenty of Dutch channels.

For lovers of peace and hiking, this is an ideal place. Nature lovers can hike and bike endlessly or take trips through the Sioule Valley with attractions such as Chateau Rocher and Chouvigny Castle. Motorcyclists can indulge themselves on the winding roads. Water sports are available on the Besserve des Fades reservoir and the crater lake Gour de Tazenat. There are several swimming places in the area. There are also plenty of opportunities for an active vacation in the area: canoeing, horseback riding, hang gliding, paragliding, et cetera. In the vicinity, up to one hour away, there are four golf courses. The many Romanesque churches, the capital of Auvergne Clermont-Ferrand and the cities of Vichy, Riom, Montlucon, Moulin and Aubusson are at most one hour's drive, as well as the Auvergne National Park with its volcanoes and the theme park Vulcania. The hike to the top of the Puy de Dome is highly recommended, as is the hike to the waterfall of St. Priest.
