It is the perfect place for you, together with your family or friends who want to rest, enjoy and relax. The view is breathtaking. The house is located in the beautiful, unspoiled, Italian nature while offering a range of activities and many options in Italian food culture for every budget and taste. The Marches, or Le Marche, is a region in Italy that offers you the ideal mix of good food and fine wine, nature (Sibillini Mountains 1 hour away), beaches (over half an hour away), beautiful towns on the hills.... And without too many tourists! This nature house includes two buildings and a garden, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. You rent the entire private property with private pool, barbecue, game room with pool table, soccer table, darts, TV, sitting area and bar.
Nature and surroundings
The spacious terrace offers a beautiful view of the hills near the nature house. You have a private pool and lounge area. There is also a barbecue and plenty of deck chairs with umbrellas. Terrace with table and chairs for 14 people. Go a little further, you have one postcard view after another. The area lends itself well to hikers and cyclists. Culture lovers are also catered for in towns and villages in the near and wider surroundings. Lovers of wine, cheese, truffles and other delicious Italian specialties can enjoy to their hearts' content. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. A local cook will come to the nature house to cook for you if you wish, so that you do not have to cook and can continue to dine quietly when the youngest children go to sleep, for example.
