Nature house in Poppenwier

Beautiful wooden nature house on open fishing and boating waters, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. You enter through the French doors on the porch, where you have a beautiful view of the water, the lands and the sunset. The cottage is fully equipped. There is a kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Next to it is a dining table and opposite a sitting area with television (incl. DVD player). From this room there is access to the shower with toilet and the bedroom with double bed. On the mezzanine there is sleeping accommodation for two children. A wonderful place to spend time by the water. The Tinyhouses are clad in softwood and are well insulated. In the yard is a barrel sauna, which you can use for a fee.

From the nature house you have a beautiful wide view over the water and the lands. With a fishing license you can fish and take a boat through the Oudvaart or Zwette. Towards Sneeker Lake nature is also very beautiful and quiet. There is a bicycle path from the Zwette to Leeuwarden. This spot is especially known for its beautiful skies and the possibility to fish from the waterfront at the cottage or after a short boat ride.
