Nature house in Arcevia

Looking for nature, authenticity and adventure? Then this nature house, a historic watermill with additional buildings on a large estate, is the perfect choice. It is situated in Le Marche, in an original valley on the edge of the protected national nature park Gola della Rossa. No less than a surface of 13 hectares with an adventurous forest, hills and fields of grass as well as many terraces. There is abundant flora and fauna and during fall there are truffles to be found. The antique mill has been recently renovated and is suitable to accommodate 12-15 people. Robust and tough are combined with modern light materials. Everything is spacious. The owners live in the lower part of the water mill and have their own entrance. You will have two spacious living kitchens to enjoy 'la dolce vita' together. The first kitchen is located in the water mill and is fully equipped. The second kitchen has a special design and is made in one of the caves. Of course, there is a real Italian coffee machine and a pasta mill. Adjacent to this kitchen are two terraces (with barbecue and fire bowls). Cool down in the (swimming) stream with small waterfalls. For those who like a traditional swimming pool, that is also possible at a distance of seven minutes away at a restaurant owned by friends.

On site there is plenty of opportunity for campfires, table tennis / trampoline, cable sliding, swinging, walks and expeditions through the forest and by the stream. The ruralhut is set in an original valley, between the Gola della Rossa National Park and the lovely, rolling hills. It is a protected natural park, famous for its beautiful flora and fauna. Both the sporty holidaymaker and the nature lover will find his/her place here with hiking, mountain biking and trekking. On the way from Ancona airport to the ruralhut, you will drive along the steep coast with the rocky gorges interrupted by spacious beaches and the mountain-sloping roads that often hide deep and mysterious caves, such as the caves of Frasassi. In the interior you will find the vast vineyards and extraordinary medieval towns and villages. Most tourists have not discovered Le Marche yet. A day to the coast is also possible, you may choose between the sandy beaches of the Costa Veluto or the rocky coasts and the intimate bays of Costa Conero (45-60 minutes driving). Near the ruralhut are some charming, historic towns with supermarkets, bakeries, local mercato (market), bars and many restaurants.
