This ruralhut is located on the banks of the Semois in the popular tourist town of Alle-sur-Semois. This village is located in a very beautiful area amidst the forests. There is a sitting area in the house with fireplace where it is cozy. The large windows can be opened allowing you to feel outside at the fireplace. In the living room there is a seating area with cable TV and a dining area. In the kitchen you will find all the facilities for cooking (electric stove with oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave). The house has four bedrooms (two on the ground floor) with a total capacity of 10 people. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
Nature and surroundings
From the house you have a fantastic view of the Semois. Behind the house there is a closed spacious garden with barbecue and garden furniture. Within walking distance there is the possibility of kayaking (Semois trip), tennis, bowling, playground for the youngest, billiards, snooker, mountain bike, miniature golf, table tennis, fishing, horse riding, quad biking and ice skating in winter. The surrounding area invites itself to make beautiful walks and (sporty) bicycle tours.

Sabrina May 6, 2022 General rating:Het huis en tuin zijn zeker groot genoeg voor een groter gezelschap. Alles is wel wat veroudert. Alle ligstoelen waren stuk en verroest, bbq zeer vuil, niet echt zo goed onderhouden.
Xtra betalen voor elke vorm van verbruik.
Betalen voor schoonmaak, die duidelijk niet goed gebeurt
Geen Wifi of enige voorziening aan de tv buiten de lokale posten.
Geen vaatwasser, was een groot gemis, tijdverspilling van je vakantietijdNature, peace & environment:Mooi uitzicht, vlak naast semois, op 3 minuten wandelen een mooi stuk gras waar je het water in kan. Dit is de grootste troef van het huisje.

Miranda April 15, 2022 General rating:Het is een ruim huis met 3 nette, ruime 2 persoons slaapkamers. De 2 slaapkamers boven zijn ruim met een wasbak, trap is wel steil. De slaapkamer beneden met 2 stapelbedden is wel krap. Beddengoed was netjes (zelf overtrek, hoeslaken meenemen). Er is beneden een aparte douche en wc en nog een badkamer met bad, wastafel en wc. De woonkamer is ruim en een grote ovale eettafel. Meubels zijn wel gedateerd. De keuken is netjes met voldoende servies, bestek en pannen.
De tuin is ruim met een groot grasveld, overal gaas rondom en meerdere terrassen.
Het huis ligt aan de rivier aan een doodlopende weg. Overdag rijden er nog best veel auto's omdat er 2 kanoverhuur en nog een complex met midgetgolf, speeltuin e.d. Zit.
Buiten het kano seizoen rustig, maar in de zomer best druk schat ik in. Dan wel veel te doen voor kinderen, dus goed voor gezinnen.
Aardige buren/beheerders.Nature, peace & environment:Prachtige omgeving. Je kan er prachtige wandelingen maken en als je er oog voor hebt bijzondere dingen zien. Wij waren er half april en zagen oranjetipjes, grote vos, muurhagedis, rode wouw. Op de wildcamera stonden edelherten en wild zwijn.
