Nature house in Medulin

Close to the sea and surrounded by trees, on 2200 m² of land, you will find this romantic country cottage. There are two bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a luxurious, spacious bathroom. Wonderfully quiet and you have a lot of privacy. The floors are marble and the bedroom and living room have French doors (with mosquito nets) to the vine-covered patio with a large table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a granite countertop. There is also a barbecue on the patio. The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in (rain) shower and two sinks. The house is completely ground floor and therefore suitable for people with disabilities. The house has wooden shutters for the windows and garden doors so that the house stays nice and cool inside in the summer months.The house also has air conditioning. The driveway of the house has a pergola where kiwi and grapes grow. Behind the house, on a large oak tree, hangs a hammock. The house is located on a country road.

The sea is only four kilometers away from the nature house, as well as the village of Medulin. In the village there is a large supermarket where you can do all your shopping. You can also choose to go to the daily market in Pula, where you will be amazed by the colors and smells of the products on offer. From Pula you can take the boat for a day trip to Venice. The landlords designed the nature house themselves. From the nature house,which is located on a quiet country road, you have a beautiful view. Around the nature house you will find flowers, wild asparagus, lavender, rosemary and oleander. It is a little paradise! The cottage has solar energy and a connection to the electricity grid. The kitchen is fully equipped. Mosquito nets and windows are installed so you are not bothered by any insects.There is also an air conditioner for both cool and warm air.
