The nature house is located together with two other houses, on a small vacation park. Together they have a park garden of 1.5 hectares through which meanders the small river "Le Crochet". A small bridge over the river leads to the sunbathing lawn with the saltwater pool. Beautiful trees surrounding the playground provide nice shady spots. Ideal place to dream away with a good book. This nature house can be rented in combination with 29625 and 29626 or as group accommodation 29712.
Nature and surroundings
The nature houses in this yard are within walking distance of the village of Varaignes in the Dordogne in Parc naturel regional Perigord Limousin. A varied area in the north of the Dordogne. Vast forests and green meadows alternate and the many small hamlets date back to the Middle Ages. The gently rolling landscape is ideal for adventurous walks.

Met uitzicht op klikobakken aan de weg is dit niet natuurhuisje waardig. Misschien hadden wij een te kritische blik na ontvangst in vies huisje. Onze hond at de etensresten in de keuken op. Er waren meerdere mankementen en na aangeven bij de beheerder werd hier weinig tot niks mee gedaan. Dit gaf irritatie en dan merk je dat het eigendom is van een vaatgoedbedrijf zonder emotie. Jammer. Huis heeft goede bedden. Zwembad heeft onderhoud nodig.

Het huisje was schoon maar simpel uitgerust en gemeubileerd. We werden bijzonder gastvrij ontvangen.
Maar het kapotte speeltoestel in de tuin en een trampoline zonder vangnet en niet ingegraven oogde wat troosteloos. Het zwembad was 1e week zo troebel dat we de bodem niet konden zien en de kinderen het te vies vonden om erin te gaan.
De gastheer op locatie heeft zijn best gedaan om het water beter te krijgen wat ook wel lukte maar echt schoon was het ook daarna niet. Verder maakte deze wel het verschil qua gastvrijheid en uitleg over de omgeving en hebben we al met al toch wel een aangename vakantie gehad.
Voor het geld wat we betaald hadden echter viel het wel tegen tov eerdere huisjes.Het huisje ligt langs een rustige weg. Helaas ontzettend veel vliegen door nabij gelegen geiten boerderij. Eigenlijk niet goed buiten te eten zonder belaagd te worden door tientallen vliegen.

Rustig gelegen op loopafstand van klein dorpje. Bakker in het dorp, supermarkt op 10 min rijden. Ruim veld met trampoline voor de kids en een lekker zwembad. Diverse dorpjes rondom half uur rijden. Fijne plek!
