Nature house in Courbiac

The nature house is privately located on the property of the landlords and has a fantastic view over the valley. On the ground floor is the kitchen, equipped with electric hob and oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and kitchen equipment. Kitchen linen is provided. The kitchen table can accommodate eight people. Next to the kitchen are the veranda/orangery and a separate sitting area. On the second floor there are three large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The beds are of very good quality and new from December 2015 (box springs 160x200 centimeters). An extra double or single bed can be placed on one of the bedrooms. The space between these beds can be closed by a curtain. Extra charge per person = € 12.50 per night (breakfast not included). Two bedrooms open onto a spacious balcony with fantastic views over the valley. Breakfast and dinner can be reserved if desired, but is not required.

A resting vacation, an active vacation or a combination of the two, here it is all possible; lazing by the pool, aperitifs at the bar, shopping in Agen or Toulouse, canoeing, mapped out hiking or cycling routes, visiting castles, amusement parks or survival, strolling through the many markets. And all this in the beautiful history and nature of the Lot et Garonne. This property offers you an incredible view from the pool on the quiet, beautiful valley of Courbiac. Rarely will you see a car pass here. In the middle of nature and yet a short distance from cities and tourist attractions, there is plenty to discover. You will find a booklet listing activities and restaurants in the area. The hosts have done your homework so you can immediately put yourself in vacation mode! There is something for every age group.
