Spacious and comfortable 6 person nature house. Beautiful old atmosphere combined with modern decor and comfort. Best summed up. The nature house was completely converted a few years ago from a storage for agricultural tools into a beautiful light and spacious vacation apartment. It is an attractive and comfortable house, where many of our guests like to return. With a living area of 120 m2, it is wonderfully spacious. Because of the thick outer walls it stays cool inside in summer but in winter it is warm and cozy by the comfortable underfloor heating and a wood stove. Although the latter is more for the atmosphere.

This nature house is conveniently located in the Cevennes, near the Ardèche in the Gard. It is rural in a small valley in the Pays de Cèze in the Cévennes. The Cevennes is an ideal area for hikers, cyclists and lovers of nature, peace and quiet. Mountains, valleys and picturesque villages indicate the varied character of the Cévennes. In 2011 the Cévennes and the Causses (high plains) were included by UNESCO on the World Heritage List. The most important natural area in the Cevennes is the Cévennes National Park. The highest mountains are Mont Lozère and Mont Aigoual (1702 meters and 1567 meters), both part of the Massif Central. The Cevennes have also become famous for the Chemin de Stevenson, named after the Scottish writer Robert Louis Stevenson who crossed the Cevennes on foot with his donkey Modestine. His travel journal: "Journey with a donkey through the Cevennes" was published in 1879. Later, this became the GR 70 Stevenson route.
