Nature house in Montassaut / Moureuille

Nice, detached, tastefully decorated nature house. Rural location, but only three kilometers from the village of Echassieres. Here you will find a cafe / restaurant, butcher and a store of Sinkel, even with gas pump. In August there are nice folk festivals here. For bigger things: six kilometers away is St. Eloy les Mines with all amenities. The nature house consists of a cozy kitchen with an open fireplace. Everything is available for extensive cooking. Opening doors to a large, sunny terrace with beautiful views over the rolling countryside. Downstairs is a bedroom with doors opening onto the terrace, a bathroom with shower and washbasins and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Around the house a lovely free enclosed garden. There is no Wi-FI. In St. Eloy-les-Mines several possibilities.

It is a surprisingly beautiful region, you can make day trips to, for example, The Puy de Dome, the volcanic area of the Auvergne. Vichy (with its thermal baths) still has a 19th century atmosphere and is 30 kilometers away. Closer by are the rugged Gorges of the Sioul River, where you can canoe, fish, swim and picnic at the small beaches. Within five kilometers the plan d'eau of Servant. The immediate area is great for hiking and it is also an eldorado for cyclists. For golf lovers, there is a wonderful golf course in Neris-les-Bain 20 kilometers away. All in all, a nice place to relax in this still authentic part of France!
