What elevates the experience even further, is Tânia and Waldemar. They are exceptional hosts in the truest sense of the word. Their presence, care, and openness genuinely embody the philosophy of living in harmony with nature.

They don’t just offer a place to stay; they offer a lived example of a different rhythm of life — one that is slower, more intentional, and more connected. Their authenticity and warmth make the experience feel not only peaceful, but also inspiring.

This stay was more than accommodation; it was a reminder of how little is needed to live well, and how powerful true contact with nature can be when it’s approached with respect and care.

The serenity and connection with nature were absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, there was a palpable sense of calm that is increasingly rare to find. The absence of artificial noise, light pollution, and constant digital distractions allowed the natural environment to take center stage.

Waking up with natural light (the sun literally crawls into your bed), hearing only the wind, birds, and subtle sounds of the surrounding landscape created a deep feeling of grounding and presence. The rhythm of the day was dictated by the sun and the environment rather than by schedules or screens, which was both refreshing and restorative.

The house feels thoughtfully integrated into its surroundings rather than imposed on them. Whether sitting outside in silence, observing changes in light throughout the day, or simply enjoying the stillness at night, there was a continuous sense of harmony with nature.

Beautiful panoramic views. Friendly and helpful landlords. Is part of a campground that is spacious, with plenty of room for nature.

Prachtig panoramisch uitzicht. Vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders. Is onderdeel van een camping die ruim opgezet is, met veel ruimte voor natuur.

everything in order, perfect hosts, always ready for a chat or expert explanation - village itself has little animo , which was totally fine for us, some terraces for a " uma bica" or a fresh wine ... plenty of nice cozy villages in the area to discover

alles dik in orde, perfecte gastheer en -vrouw , altijd klaar voor een babbel of deskundige uitleg- dorpje zelf heeft weinig animo , wat voor ons helemaal goed was , enkele terrasjes voor een " uma bica" of een fris wijntje ... genoeg mooie gezellige dorpjes in de omgeving om te ontdekken

dag en nacht natuur zover het oog kan zien... savanne uitzicht met prachtige steen- en kurkeiken ,ook zeer mooie rotsformaties ...ook buiten het domein , en zeker op de kleinere wegen postkaart vergezichten ... s avonds krijg je als extra nog eens een schitterende sterrenhemel ....
