Nature house in Pourcheres

Superbly located nature house in the Ardeche building style, dating from circa 1850, with beautiful views of the forested mountains and distant Alps. The nature house with a living area of approximately 200 m² is situated on 17 hectares of private land with forest, hiking trails and playing meadows starting right around the house. It is beautifully situated at an altitude of 750 meters, just outside the tiny village of Pourchères. You have a lovely private swimming pool, fenced off. It is sheltered on a lower level and therefore directly visible from the house. There is also plenty of room for the children to play, while you enjoy the peace and privacy on one of the terraces. The nature house was renovated and redecorated in early 2012, including two bathrooms including two toilets. The three spacious bedrooms have comfortable box spring beds. In late 2014, the pool was completely renovated and pool lighting was installed. Sleeps six adults and two children. A crib is also available. Dogs are also welcome! Private access road with ample parking. Smoking in the house is not allowed.

The Ardeche has a striking beauty with lots of forest. It is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. You can canoe, raft and kayak, also under supervision. The Ardeche is also ideal for hiking and cycling. Centuries of nature's influence have created dizzying gorges, beautiful steep walls, overhanging rocks and valleys. Interspersed with shallow rivers and rock plateaus, this makes the Ardèche a super location for adventurers. Nearby, you'll find the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park. The mountain landscape of Ardeche is very interesting in terms of flowers, they give the mountain plains a spectacular appearance. Of the trees, the chestnut stands out, there are also olive, oak and coniferous trees. In the mountains there are birds of prey, such as the buzzard and eagle. There are trout in the rivers and beavers. On the hills live wild boar. Many streams flow along the property and spring nearby. On the property you have beautiful views. Right behind the cottage you have views of about 100 kilometers, you can see the Alps in the distance. There are beautiful hiking trails to make, maps are available. During the walks you hardly encounter people.
