This nature house is a very spacious, luxurious safari tent for four people. Enjoy peace and quiet, yet still have the charm of a brasserie with a terrace right nearby! The safari tent features a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. You can use all the facilities on the property. These include a heated swimming pool, a bocce court, and a foosball table. There’s also the option for breakfast service and table d’hôtes, a campfire, a trout fishing workshop, and pizza night. You’ll also find a wooden nature house (property codes 28254/28222) and a larger safari tent (property code 28281) on this property. A small stream flows alongside the property, with currents that can sometimes be treacherous. Therefore, children between the ages of two and seven are not permitted to stay on the property.
Nature and surroundings
The location of this nature house is truly unique. You’ll find this property at the end of a three-kilometer-long road that leads you to the parking lot across from the beautiful little river La Besbre. Park your car there, and cross the property’s own 40-meter-long pedestrian bridge to reach the grounds. It’s wonderfully peaceful and car-free. The hills begin behind the property, and you can take beautiful walks all around it. There are many signposted hiking trails in the area. Additionally, there are interesting day trips to take in the surrounding region, ranging from medieval villages and castles to thrilling waterfalls, volcanoes, adventure parks, and canoe trips. Nearby cities worth visiting include Clermont-Ferrand, Moulins, Roanne, and Vichy. There are plenty of activities to choose from, with something for everyone.
