Enjoy a period stay in your own nature house. The original farmhouse is located just in the Creuse (Limousin). The departments of Puy de Dome and Allier (Auvergne) are nearby. An ideal place for hiking or cycling in unspoiled nature. There are plenty of hiking trails and lakes in the area. The gîte was originally the house/farmhouse and has been extended with a bright conservatory, overlooking the valley and the hills. The layout of the nature house is simple but effective. Ideal to unwind and enjoy nature and silence. There is a lot of privacy as the landlord's house (the original converted stable) is about 100 meters away and is separated by bamboo. There is a private driveway with parking for the car. Possibility to use sauna and heated pool (in summer).
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is an ideal place for hiking or biking in the pristine nature of the Creuse. There are plenty of hiking trails in the area. The cottage is located on a dead-end road, where occasionally a farmer with his tractor or with his herd of cows or sheep passes by to graze. In the evening there is absolute silence except for the calls of owls, hops and midwife toads. Eight kilometers away is Auzances for supermarket shopping. At 70 kilometers away is Clermont Ferrand and nearby are the volcanoes. Lots of peace and beautiful nature in every season. Sauna available.
