Nature house in Poggio San Vicino

This nice ruralhut is a small-scaled holiday destination in the Marks (Le Marche), ideal for whom fancies tranquillity as well as culture enthusiasts who appreciate staying in a comfortable apartment in an unspoiled part of central Italy. This reconstructed water mill is located in a four-acre park-like private domain with fields, forest and water. The apartment is suitable for two to three people and has a surface of ​​44 m² with its own entrance and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four burner gas hob, oven, built-in fridge with freezer compartment and a dining table for three people. You will sleep on two fine single box spring mattresses of 90x200 centimetres. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower of mosaic tiles, toilet, sink, hair dryer and design radiator. And, of course, there is wifi. On the terrace you will have complete privacy and can sit in comfortable garden chairs, while overlooking the fields and the forest. The terrace is on the east side, so you can have breakfast with the morning sun. A few metres from the apartment is a large sun terrace where you can sunbathe all day with beautiful views.

The surrounding area is suitable for hiking and biking tours along sloping hills and romantic villages. Here you will find the original Italian life without mass tourism. The world-famous Caves of Frasassi are around the corner; cultural cities such as Assisi and Perugia are a two-hours’ drive away. Or you can let yourself be surprised by Gubbio and Corinaldo. Beach lovers can enjoy Monte Conero, south of Ancona and on the white beach of Senigallia. Let the silence of the ruralhut do its work and relax with a good book and a glass of Verdicchio. The owners possess a vegetable garden and herb garden with tomatoes, melons, courgettes, rhubarb, basil and rosemary. They do not use any poison or pesticides and you can pick vegetables  from the gardens for free. Purely natural. Tasty and healthy!
