Cozy place in nature! This nature house is a detached chalet and stands on a plot of approximately 400 m2. We find our chalet suitable for up to 2 people but should you wish to book for more people up to max 4 please contact us in advance. It is tastefully decorated and has central heating in the kitchen/room, of course there is wifi TV radio. The nature house has an open kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, senseo machine, kettle etc. Also a cozy sitting area consisting of 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs and dining table with 4 chairs! There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a 2-bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Bathroom with toilet and sink and shower cabin. Energy label C. The nature house is suitable for any season to stay it is rural yet less than five minutes by bike from the center of Winterswijk. The nature house is located on a small vacation park at the edge of the forest in the nature reserve 't Bonnink.
Nature and surroundings
The outside area of Winterswijk is one of the most valuable areas in the Netherlands and has the designation "National Landscape Winterswijk" because of its coulisse landscape - a mosaic of forests, wooded banks, meadows and fields, interspersed with winding roads and farms. It almost looks like a painting! Why Winterswijk is so special. Paradise for hikers and cyclists. Famous routes include the Korenburgerveen, the Mondrian route, the old Bocholtsebaan the Bekendelle forest, and the Slingeplas etc. Winterswijk is connected to the international network of cycling nodes. Bicycle and walking maps are available at the VVV.De Steengroeve. Here are fossils and traces of dinosaurs found, special plants and animals, and unique soil layers that are millions of years old!
