Nature house in Louignac

Looking for a detached vacation home in a beautiful spot in the French 'countryside', with all the sights of the Dordogne, Limousin and Lot around the corner? Then these landlords would like to welcome you to their estate where they have turned the bakery, the stable and the farmhouse into three vacation homes. The houses are widely spaced and have several terraces so there is always the possibility to enjoy the surroundings in sun or shade. Because of the location of the houses, their own terraces also offer a lot of privacy. This nature house is the bakhuis (built in 1842). The bakhuis is a comfortable detached cottage for two persons with a fully equipped kitchen. It is also possible to join the hosts for meals every evening and they offer a special elaborate meal twice a week. On Saturday this is the (arrival) BBQ and on Wednesday they have a 'French evening'. There is also a daily bread and fresh eggs service! The bakery has two terraces complete with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. One terrace is fully fenced. In addition, this nature house is the only one of the houses on the estate to have direct access to the valley and neighbor's land. These 41(!) hectares of forest and pasture land are freely accessible and offer, in addition to a great view, the possibility of wonderful walks. From April, the swimming pool on the property is open to our guests. There is a play area for children (trampoline, swings, badminton, sandbox etc) and on the grounds (5000 m²) there are plenty of nice places to relax in the shade or the sun! For example, in one of the hammocks.

This estate is located in the southernmost tip of the Corrèze (Limousin) at four kilometers from the Dordogne department. This part of Corrèze is located on the foothills of the Massif Central, which makes for a beautiful rolling landscape, with another beautiful vista around every corner. You will find the estate at the end of a cul-de-sac of 1.5 kilometers. The houses are located at the top of the southern slope, with beautiful views over the valley. The 5000m² property is surrounded by the neighbors' land, 41 hectares (!). This woodland and pasture land is freely accessible and otherwise shared only with the 10 Limousin cows and 15 Saler cows of the neighbors who graze here at their leisure. There are also beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity.
