Nature house in Sauveterre-la-Lémance

This nature house is a surprisingly large and authentic vacation home and used to serve as a water mill. It is a paradise for lovers of peace, space and nature. The atmosphere around and in the house is very pleasant. Located in a green valley, 1.5 kilometers from the village Sauveterre-la-Lémance where there is a bakery and a small supermarket. This cottage is together with another cottage on a large estate but both have complete privacy and their own private garden with terrace, a terrace overlooking a small river that feeds the water from the former mill. In the adjacent garden there is a shed and this serves as storage for the sunbeds, the charcoal BBQ and for a rowing boat which may be used. On the other side of the house there is a chicken coop with two chickens and a wooden chalet. This is specially equipped for the children; they can play here with toys and there is even the possibility of sleeping here.

In Lacapelle-Biron (15 kilometers) lies the adventurous "Parc en Ciel. This park is 16 hectares and here you will find, among other things, a beautiful lake, an exciting ropes course, a mini-golf course and several hiking trails through the woods. This amusement park in the middle of nature is perfect for a fun family outing. In the village of Fumel, you can rent canoes, kayaks and mountain bikes and visit the castle of Fumel. This medieval castle has served as the town hall since 1950, and both the castle and the surrounding garden are historical monuments. In the months of July and August, a fun evening market takes place in Loubejac every Thursday evening from 6:30 pm. Here local products such as duck, salads and wine are offered which everyone enjoys together at long tables. Also in Sauveterre-la-Lémance there is a market in the summer months where you can enjoy regional products, this is on Tuesday evenings from 18:30.
