The Almklovdal where nature house Kråkehaugen feriehus stands runs from sea level to 600 meters uphill to Rota. There are many opportunities in both winter and summer for nature activities such as hiking and cross-country skiing. The bungalow is in a quiet location (no through road). The bungalow is also located on three acres of private land. At a distance 200 meters the mountain river flows through the property. The nature house can accommodate up to eight people (in addition there is a baby/toddler crib) and is very spacious. On the first floor you will find the living room with separate kitchen and three bedrooms. Furthermore, it has a terrace/balcony overlooking the valley. On the ground floor are the other three bedrooms. There are many different possibilities to reach Norway by ferry.
Nature and surroundings
The landscape consists of forest interspersed with meadows and mountain scenery. There are many possibilities for outdoor activities such as mountain hiking, fishing and swimming. Sea fishing and boat trips at sea are also among the possibilities. In the summer months there are many berries to harvest in nature. In the nearby area there are both marked and unmarked hiking trails. A hiking map of these trails is available at the town hall in Fiska. Around the bungalow is a spacious lawn with a large trampoline. The forest is 60 meters away and the mountain river flows 200 meters away. The real flora and fauna lovers can enjoy the many red deer, several bird species (such as bald eagle, pied flycatcher and the reed warbler) and other species.
