Nature house in Degagnac

This nature house is wonderfully quiet in the garden, on the edge of a small vacation park with six gites. However, the location is such that you enjoy maximum privacy. If you want to enjoy the peace and quiet, stay on one of your own private terraces with beautiful views. And if you want to have a chat with other guests, you can, for example, lie on the lawn next to the pool. The nature house is entirely on the ground floor and has a spacious living room/kitchen (completely renovated in 2014), a bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a single sofa bed in the living room. The nature house has several private terraces with fantastic unobstructed views of the woods, meadows and garden. The cottage has its own terrace table with chairs, two sun beds, a parasol and its own bbq. The south-facing terraces are partially shaded by a large walnut tree. Moreover, next to the gite is the private parking. If you want to keep in touch with your friends and relations, no problem because the gite has (free) wireless Internet inside and outside the gite. The house has gas central heating, making it a pleasant stay even outside the summer months.

The nature house is located near the border between the Dordogne and Lot rivers and also right between the Lot and Dordogne rivers of the same name, in the Midi-Pyrénées. Within a radius of 120 kilometers around Domaine de Montsalvy you will find one third of "Les Plus Beaux Villages de France"; thus the concentration of beautiful atmospheric towns such as Domme, Sarlat, Saint Cirque Lapopie, Beynac, La Roque Gageac and Rocamadour and many others is no less than five to six times larger than the rest of France. Add to this the gastronomic characteristics of the region and the hospitality of its inhabitants and, as a visitor, it soon becomes clear why the Lot is fast becoming one of the most popular regions of France.
