This farmhouse dates back to 1840 and was converted into a spacious, child-friendly and comfortable home. It consists of two floors and meets all safety requirements. In addition to authentic elements, the house is equipped with all modern comforts, such as a smart TV. There are a total of seven double bedrooms, one of which is a family room, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, two kitchens and two living rooms. In the entrance hall is the air hockey table. The large dining table seats 14p. Behind the house is a large fenced garden with playground and trampoline. From the house and the various terraces, one of which is covered, you have an unobstructed view of the woods and meadows. Walking and cycling routes directly from the house. This cottage is ideal for families or friends who appreciate space, peace and nature. Please note: Due to its historic nature, there are steps, doors, stairs and low and narrow passages. Not suitable for wheelchairs and walkers. No dogs allowed.

Welcome to East Belgium! This characteristic nature house is located near the border triangle Belgium-Luxembourg-Germany in the Belgian Eifel/ Ardennes The quiet and beautiful location on the outskirts of the village of Oudler, municipality of Burg Reuland, guarantees an unobstructed view over the fields and hills. This southern part of Nature Park High Fens in German-speaking eastern Belgium is still spared from mass tourism. It is an ideal starting point for all imaginable outdoor activities. It is less than a 10-minute drive to neighboring Luxembourg and Germany. In short, a region with a lot of (international) potential! Electric cars can be (fast) charged in the neighborhood like e.g. at Shoppingcenter Massen (at 8,5 km, 70 charging stations/22Kwh or Esso Huldang 100/300 Kwh). Only (long) weekend rentals possible. Groups consisting of only men or bachelor parties are not allowed. Arrival and departure times are negotiable.
