Nature house in Labastide-Murat

A piece of France to fall in love with! This former 18th century detached farmhouse has been tastefully furnished, with access to a private swimming pool. Dogs may not go in this pool! The house still has preserved the cozy atmosphere of the past, with its authentic style to which modern comfort has been added. The living room with large fireplace also has a TV, DVD player, and music installation. Wi-Fi is also available in and around the house. The open kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, and eight-burner stove with three-in-one oven, and Senseo coffee machine. The luxurious bathroom features a shower, toilet, double sink, and a lovely hottub! Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms, each with a double bed. One room also has a sofa bed. In short, the ruralhut has been equipped with all luxuries. There’s a large round fireplace for cozy campfire evenings outside. Nature, tranquility, space, and privacy are some of the unique features of this ruralhut. There is a lovely terrace behind the house where the sun sets. The Lot has the cleanest air of France, as there are no large factories in the perimeter.

The ruralhut is located on five acres of fenced terrain in a peaceful area with the nearest neighbor living three kilometers away. On site you can go hiking, swimming, cycling, and there is a badminton net and tennis table present. There is also a library and a jeu de boules alley. A village with a supermarket, shops, restaurants, and markets is five kilometers away. You can also rent canoes and visit caves, castles, and churches in the area. The surrounding area has much more to offer though, such as fishing, golf (eight holes), a bird of prey reservation, amusement parks, zoo, monkey forest, and horse riding. All this information is available for you in the ruralhut. The climate is both rural and southern at the same time. The different landscapes are still very natural.
