Amazing villa with a unique location and complete privacy. One of the first villas to be built in the 1970s on a hill near the beloved Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The early bird gets the worm, also applicable back then. Hence the magnificent view. A large grass garden with furnished terrace, BBQ, and nice tall pine trees surround the villa. Cannes, Antibes and Nice are about a half hour's drive away. The beaches are merely 12 km away.
