Discover Puglia, the Tuscany of the south! This nature house is centrally located in Puglia; 15 kilometers from Brindisi airport. The detached house has an enclosed garden of 2500 m² with olive and lemon trees, grapes and cacti, where you can enjoy peace and quiet in the Mediterranean atmosphere. The nature house is for four people and consists of one floor with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. At the front you will find a large covered terrace. To the left of the terrace there is a large authentic pizza oven and to the right there is a garage. Behind the house you will find an outdoor shower, barbecue, extra toilet and sauna. The living room offers the necessary comforts such as a wood stove, home-cinema system, satellite TV and internet connection. Pets are allowed. The modern bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cabin. A hair dryer is available.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is ideally located in the heart of Puglia. San Vito dei Normanni is just two kilometers away. With 20,000 inhabitants, you can go there for almost any errand. In the large selection of restaurants you can feast on local specialties to your heart's content. From this vacation home you can quickly reach the highlights of Salento: Lecce with its beautiful Baroque buildings at 50 kilometers, the trulli of Alberobello at 30 kilometers and the white town of Ostuni can be found just 15 kilometers away. These are just a few examples, there is so much to discover. Looking for the beach. Just five kilometers away you will find the sandy beach of Torre Guaceto. This natural reserve consists of dunes and a kilometer-long beach. Within 15 minutes you can be on the lively and fun beach of Specchiolla or Torre Santa Sabina.
