Nature house in Arfeuilles

This nature house is located on its own grounds totaling 3.5 acres in a hilly and wooded area. You have a great wide view from the garden and you also enjoy total privacy. The cottage has a living room with separate dining area and a kitchen. The living room has 2 double sofas and a cozy wood stove. There is free wifi. There is a closet with games and a real (full) bookcase! The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven and of course all the necessary kitchen utensils such as cutlery, pans and crockery. Near the kitchen (in the living room) is a spacious cozy wooden dining table with 6 chairs. The bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cabin is also on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. In the spacious garden there is ample garden furniture, as well as a parasol and a barbecue.

The nature house is located about 3 km from the village center of Arfeuilles. About 20 km away, in Lapalisse, there is a Carrefour, Intermarché and an Aldi. About 35 km to the west is Vichy and about 40 km to the east is the industrial city of Roanne. In Vichy -known among other things for its springs- you will also find a golf course and a beautiful park on the river Allier and a fashionable city center. The area lends itself well to hiking and cycling activities. There are numerous marked routes and in the cottage you will find the descriptions in the information folder. There is also a lake in St. Clément where you can swim and row. You can also visit the wine regions of the "Côte Roannaise", the winegrowers will be happy to introduce you to their wines, cheeses and sausages. The country of the Bourbonnais is teeming with castles. There are several castle routes to ride, past ruins, managed, unmanaged and inhabited castles.
