Set on three acres of private land in a spacious valley is where you’ll find this ruralhut, surrounded by vineyards in which there are 11 other bungalows. It is a peaceful and beautiful area with the ‘Les deux Vierges’ mountain on the background. The home is cozy and has been fully furnished with five beds of 80x100, one bed of 140x90, and two bathrooms. The house has beautiful unobstructed views over the valley. On the cozy covered terrace you will find patio furniture and a barbecue. There’s also a sunny side terrace where you can watch the sunset from. Inside you have a wonderful wood burning stove for chilly evenings, a radio, and a satellite television. There’s a path that leads to the swimming pool and tennis court.
Nature and surroundings
The ruralhut is set in a beautiful nature reserve with the “Deux Vierges” mountain on the background. This mountain can be climbed and has a beautiful view over the house and the vineyards of St. Saturnin at the top. Nearby is the Lac du Salagou, where you can swim, sail, and surf (no motorboating). The cozy town of Clermont l’Herault is ten kilometers away, with a nice Wednesday morning market, three large supermarkets, as well as nice terraces and restaurants. The beautiful city of Montpellier is around 35 kilometers away with its many sights. Also nearby are nice fishing villages such as Palavas, Sete, on the Mediterranean Sea. In Mèze and Bouzigues you can enjoy delicious oysters at the harbor! The town of Pezenas is special with its many broquante/antique shops and cute boutiques.
