A lovely nature house right on the Paterswoldsemeer (three kilometers below city of Groningen) with sunny garden with privacy and views over the lake and private sitting / jetty. There is modern and comfortable furniture. Heating by CV, a spacious kitchen with appliances. Crockery and cooking utensils provided. Two bedrooms for four to five beds (four beds and if desired an extra mattress). Both downstairs and upstairs a toilet. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and washing machine. The 2 Canoes and 3 bicycles are free to use. The comfortable 4-person motorboat is there (for the entire period) to rent for € 50, - per day. Lots of privacy around the house, but my 2 (child-friendly) cats are nearby and like to come by for a pet. Please feed them twice a day (is present of course).

This nature house is located in the middle of nature and by the lake. Good amenities nearby (town, restaurants, culture) and supermarket reachable by boat. Property easily accessible by car to parking lot. From parking lot 200 meters walk on footpath (wheelbarrow for suitcase/messages available).
