The house is from 1830 and, as a result, offers a very original look. In fact, the house was recently renovated, but the authentic style has remained. The house is situated around a plot of 15000m2 and, in addition to a spacious garden, is mainly a lot of forest. Fun to climb or to chop wood, etc.. Our new asset is our own water well: from autumn ´beaten´ at a depth of 120 meters! It is our own well so plenty of clear water. The water pressure is therefore very high. I have 2 children who also require the necessary, but they are fully satisfied in Sweden. My youngest son (16) has already become a real carpenter! Furthermore, we have 2 children's bikes in one of the 2 barns. There is a second house, built completely in original style, with a wonderful Finnish sauna (see photos). The house is separate, and is included in the price. There is also super fast fiberglass in the house. Wifi is available and phone calls can be made.
Nature and surroundings
The area is very wooded and watery. The house is located in southern Sweden / Smaland. One of the forest waters is around the corner (via the road, 300 meters). Here you can swim (beautiful sloping water) and / or fish. Nearby (6 km) is a supermarket (ICA), bank and gas station. There is a canoe for you to use in one of the lakes. Or fishing of course.
