Lavaudieu is the name of a beautiful little village in the Haute-Loire, Auvergne. The village has been classified as “L’Un des plus beaux villages de France” due to its location and historical monuments. The ruralhut is located on the edge of the village, on the bank of the Senouire river. The home has four floors, including the garage with private parking space. There is a large comfortable terrace above the garage. You can get into the comfortably furnished kitchen by going through the back door of the terrace. There’s also an additional toilet on this floor. The living/dining room is on the second floor and covers an area of about 45m². The room has a balcony which overlooks the river and the hills behind it. In the living room you have a large old door which leads you to a historic entrance gate of the village. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor. This ruralhut is suitable for four adults and a baby.
Nature and surroundings
The Haut-Loire covers the eastern part of the very old central massif. With nature consisting of volcanoes, pastures, pine forests, mountains, and hills as well as a rich history. There are beautiful hiking trails in the surrounding area. Lavaudieu is located on the border of the Gorges du Allier. A short drive will take you to many different attractions, including the famous Garabit bridge and a large lake roughly 50 kilometers away. There are two renowned restaurants in Lavaudieu, where you can enjoy the most delicious food.

Prettig groot huis, wel veel trappen lopen maar verschillende ruimtes met hun eigen sfeer. Van alle gemakken voorzien.
