Nature house in Allos

About five hundred meters from the authentic mountain village of Allos in the sunny southern French Alps, lies the nature house with five furnished apartments. The apartment is 50m² in size. The nature house is located in a kind of villa park among the trees.The living room of 25m² has a fireplace, TV, free wifi and has a spacious private terrace facing south-west with a beautiful view of the valley. Furthermore, the apartment has a simply equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (double bed size 1.60 x 2 meters), an extra single bed and a large communal garden with a stream. You can park your car along a cul-de-sac. In the same chalet the landlords also rent two four, one five and one six person apartments, these are located so that everyone has plenty of privacy. Actually, it is only a little further by car and then you are on the southern side of the French Alps. These landlords are willing to do that, not only because the sun shines more often there, but also because of the relaxed atmosphere of Provence. Once you pass Grenoble, the "Col de Croix Haute", you notice it in everything, the smells, the colors, the houses change and also the people are more friendly. The landlords go if possible three times a year to our house in Allos, which is about 1200 kilometers drive from Utrecht. Allos is also easy to reach by plane via Nice or Marseille (rent a car there inexpensively or take the little train from Nice to Thorame). Many residents of the coastal towns on the Cote d'Azur come to Allos in the summer to recover from the crowds and the heat and in winter it is only 150 kilometers drive to the largest ski resort in the southern French Alps. Real nature lovers go very early in the morning to the "Parc National Mercantour" and see, for example, ibex, mouflon, mountain goats and eagles. In spring you can enjoy incredible wild flowers and in autumn the brightly colored trees.
