Nature house in Pigna

In an olive grove two kilometers from the old village of Pigna, with 130 olive trees stands this 15th century nature house with the apartment upstairs, with its own private terrace downstairs. The apartment has a great view over the olive trees and can accommodate 4 people including 2 children under 16. The nature house has WiFi, the beds are made and bath linen is provided. The cottage consists of a spacious kitchen with five-burner stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, living room with flat screen, a sleeping area with loft and a spacious bathroom with rain shower. The landlords themselves also live on the property and they like to cook for their guests, after which you can eat together at the long table in the olive grove. Italian from their own vegetable garden!

The "little estate" is in the middle of olive groves, where it is still really quiet for nature lovers. There are still rare butterflies to admire and in spring the fireflies can be seen. You can do plenty of hiking in the hills and mountains. The sea is 16 kilometers away and Monaco and Nice are nice cities nearby. Dolce Acqua is cozy with cafes and eateries. San Remo, a pleasant shopping town, is also highly recommended for a visit. The hosts are two kilometers from the old Borgo Pigna, with a pizzeria, restaurant and a delicious ice cream parlor, and cake store with super coffee. There is a beautiful bike path along the coast, on the old train track. Bikes sense there to rent and is definitely recommended. There are also dolphin and whale watching tours from Bordighera, fun for the kids. Furthermore, Baiardo, Castel Vittorio and Isolabona are nice mountain villages. In short there is plenty to do, waterfalls at two kilometers and four kilometers. They themselves have a set-up pool among the olive trees. They cook twice a week for the guests if they want, an Italian meal under the olive trees.
