This nature house in southern France is located in a unique spot on the Lot River. The 1800 square meter garden offers direct access to the river. On the covered terrace and in the garden you can only enjoy the wide views, nature and the entertainment on the river. The cottage is cozily furnished. There are 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, and 1 with a bunk bed), a living room with an open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove and refrigerator, and a bathroom with sink and shower. The washing machine and second refrigerator with freezer compartments can be found in the garage. The living room opens onto the covered terrace. There the hosts have breakfast in French style, overlooking the river and garden, enjoying the sounds of nature, a fishing boat passing by, and, if you are lucky, a squirrel in the tree. The house is in an area where fishing is allowed at night! Central heating on request (10,- p/day payable in arrears via deposit)
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on the Lot River, two kilometers from Livinhac-le Haut, a typical French village where many hikers from the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostella stop in the village square for an overnight stay, a cup of coffee on the terrace or to do some shopping. A large supermarket can be found in Flagnac, on the other side of the river. Across the river is also a small quiet campground where you can rent canoes and have a bite to eat. A small tour boat leaves twice daily from across the river for a scenic cruise on the Lot. And what about the extensive cycling and hiking route network, electric rental bikes and the special medieval towns such as Rocamadour, Figeac or Conques? And of course, don't forget the many typical French markets!

Huisje voldoet aan alle comfort,er zou alleen een 4 pits kooktoestel in mogen er zit nu een 2 pits kooktoestel in.
Voor de vissers is het prima alleen zouden de oevers iets meer terug gesnoeit kunnen worden,voor de fanantieke karper visser zou de otter familie die naast het grondstuk gehuisvest is voor een probleem kunnen zorgen.
Maar wel leuk om de beestjes bezig te zien.Heerlijk genieten van de prachtige natuur,heel veel dieren en insecten gezien.
S'nachts is het er muis stil,ook kleine leuke dorpjes in de omgeving.
Kortom prima vertoeven.
