Nature house in De Heurne

Experience a romantic night together and come sleep in this authentic nature house! Rather spend the night with the whole family? Of course you can. There are 4 sleeping places. This original mobile home or Zelhem record car dates from the fifties. It has the specific gypsy characteristics, such as artfully cut glass and the room-and-suite doors that separate the dining, sleeping and living room. The spacious wagon (8.5 meters long) has three rooms and is tastefully decorated with furniture from the days of yore. There is no bathroom in the wagon, for that you have to go very a little way through the outside to your private bathroom with shower, toilet and small cooking facility and microwave and two-burner induction hob. Near the mobile homes is a canopy where you can light a fire and enjoy the many bird sounds. The mobile homes are located between the meadows on the edge of the hamlet in the yard of the farm restaurant. Reservations must be made.

In the yard where this nature house is located is a former keuter farmhouse from 1875. The landlords are happy to receive you in their small farm restaurant that is open to restaurant guests. From De Heurne you have numerous possibilities for beautiful walking and cycling tours, for example to the Bergherbos in Montferland. For children, the playing field at coffee farm Groot Nibbelink is fun to visit. The Slingeplas near the old book town of Bredevoort offers opportunities for swimming and surfing. Rent a canoe and paddle down the Oude IJssel. Or visit Kasteel Slangenburg, Grenslandmuseum Dinxperlo, Kasteel Wasserburg or Wildpark Anholter Schweiz.
