In the middle of the beautiful Nachtegal valley lies a small village, Valeondades. It consists of 5 restored houses, each of which has an upstairs and downstairs apartment. Some apartments are suitable for 2 people, some for 4 and some are large enough for 6 people.Close by, in the valley is a good restaurant: Itaki The boulevard of Agios konstantinos is about 20 minutes walk, there you will also find several tavernas and bars.The supermarket and bus stop are 15 minutes walk away.
Nature and surroundings
Valeondades is a paradise in green and blue : located a kilometer away from the sea in the heart of the Nachtengalen Valley on Samos. It is a set of restored cottages, which is part of the ancient village of Valeondades founded around 1700. It is surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. It is surrounded by plane, walnut, laurel and olive trees amid terraced vineyards peppered with cypress trees. All you can hear is the rushing of the river and the call of the tawny owls that reside in one of the village's rustic trees during the day. From the village countless paths lead inland, to picturesque mountain villages like Manolates, Vourliotes and Stavrinides. But of course you can also climb Lazarus, the mountain with an altitude of 1037 m. that is clearly visible from our village. The cottages are equipped with modern conveniences, well-equipped kitchens, private terrace, shower & toilet.
