Nature house in Oranjewoud

Only bookable in the months August and September 2023, due to sales! After October 1 there is no possibility! This cozy nature house is located in the woods of Oranjewoud in Friesland and belongs to an estate. The cottage has a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom on the ground floor. In the cozy living room you will find a double sofa, luxurious armchairs and an atmospheric fireplace. Adjacent you will find the dining area and the kitchen. The cozy kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. Outside you can enjoy a very spacious garden with a lovely terrace. The nature house was renovated in the spring of 2018.

The nature house is located on a beautiful estate dating back to 1821. The estate is the only remaining private country estate of considerable size in Oranjewoud. The estate's garden consists of winding paths, romantic arbors and bridges. In August and September, the garden opens to the public. During this period, two walking routes are set out by the garden manager. A tea shop is then located in the orangery. In addition to walking around the beautiful estate, it is also highly recommended to explore various nature reserves in the area. For example, go to the nature reserve 't Katlijker Schar.
