The intact wooden trusses, ceilings of old oak beams, old-fashioned tiles and vistas through stable windows give this house an authentic and romantic atmosphere. This nature house is very spacious. The bright, spacious living room has a sitting area with TV, large dining table, open kitchen and play corner. Toys and games for young and old are available. There is also WiFi. This nature house is located in the outskirts of Winterswijk in the Achterhoek. Quiet and peaceful on a dead-end sandy path, near the German border. Your view: the for the Achterhoek so typical coulisse landscape; meadows, interspersed with bushes. Around us is about 20 ha of new nature with fens. Several times a kingfisher pair has been spotted here; in June orchids and water lilies bloom here. From the farm you can make all kinds of walks and bike trips without encountering a busy traffic road, on beautiful country roads and forest paths, interspersed with meadows. A little further away (three kilometers) are well-known nature reserves such as the Vardingholder Veen (Germany) and the Wooldse Veen (Netherlands).
