Nature house in Obermehlen

This beautiful nature house is located in a wooded area, in the middle of the Eifel Mountains. The cottage is very wheelchair friendly. It has a living room, adapted kitchen, adapted bathroom and a bedroom. In the cozy living room there is a comfortable sitting area with a television. Adjacent you will find the dining room and the kitchen. The adapted kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. The cooktop and hood are lowered. There is enough space under the hob and sink for a wheelchair to drive under the countertop. The bathroom is very spacious and also suitable for wheelchair users. In the bedroom there is a high-low bed and a matching extra bed. The high-low bed has a railing on two sides, which can be raised or lowered as required. The cottage has a lovely terrace accessible from the living room. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price, for a long or short stay only clothes and groceries are required; the rest we have already taken care of for you. On request we have a walker, shower/WC chair, shower stretcher and hoist available.

The Eifel is a beautiful area to explore on foot, by bike or by car. Several routes are waiting for you in the cottage. Important cities in the Eifel are Prüm, Bitburg, Gerolstein and Trier. It is definitely a must to visit one of these beautiful cities during your stay. Any extra linen needed can always be arranged on the spot. Even with late arrival, the apartment is ready for the night; the beds are already made.
