Nature house in Moureuille, Puy de Dome

Our picturesque house is located in beautiful Auvergne. The nature house is located in a rural setting, at the edge of the Puy-de-Dôme. The house has a cozy living and dining room, spacious kitchen, bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. The living room consists of a sitting area with a wood stove and a double sofa bed. Through the garden doors you walk to the sunny terrace with pergola. The kitchen (renewed in 2021) is fully equipped and includes a double refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, a single sleeping loft and a renovated bathroom. The bathroom (2022) has floor heating, a closed shower, hanging toilet and a sink. There is TV with NL channels and WiFi. In June, July, August and September the (not heated) pool is open. Around the house there are several terraces with plant borders. There is a bathhouse outside with washing machine (2020), tumble dryer and extra toilet.

If you like space and peace, natural beauty and enjoy plants and flowers, then this cottage with its lovely large garden is an ideal vacation spot. The nature house stands on a spacious fenced plot (0.5ha) with an orchard (beginning). There are also several terraces, so there is always a lovely place to sunbathe, drink or eat. There is a private swimming pool (32m2) with raised deck and lounge terrace where you can drink until sunset. In the immediate vicinity walkers, cyclists and fishermen can indulge themselves. This region is surprising with its extinct volcanoes, impressive mountains, deep valleys, meandering rivers, waterfalls and peat bogs. On the nearby river Sioule you can go canoeing and just a stone's throw from the cottage there is a large climbing park for young and old. The old cities of Vichy, Clermont Ferrand and Montlucon are about 50 kilometers away. Here you can fully enjoy the old architecture, but also stores and nice terraces and restaurants are not lacking. For shopping you can go to the nearby (seven kilometers) St. Eloys les Mines. Here there is a Carrefour, a Lidl and two pharmacies. There is also a veterinarian and a general practice.
