Nature house in Monceaux-sur-Dordogne

This charming, authentic nature house is part of a 19th century farmhouse located in the cozy hamlet of Moustoulat. The cottage is located in a valley, on a tributary of the Dordogne River. The whole valley is included in the Natura 2000 protected area. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, a mezzanine with double bed and an adjoining room with two single beds. In the living room there is a simple sitting area. Adjacent is the cozy kitchenette equipped with all the necessities for cooking. The cottages are very neatly restored and furnished with natural materials. There is no TV or music system. But there is a benevolent peace and simplicity. There are two electric heaters. The cottage is on the same property as nature house 25807. The landlords of the property live on site, they prepare, on request, delicious, fresh vegetarian meals. There are animals on the property. (dog, cat, horses, ponies and goats)

The cottage is located in a wooded valley with waterfalls, natural meadows, forests and authentic villages. And of course there is the mighty Dordogne River nearby, where you can kayak! You can also visit caves, impressive castles and ruins in the area.
