At this nature house, additional costs are payable locally to Administrator. Cleaning 1 week 60 euros, 2 weeks 80 and 3 weeks 100. Bedding and linen 40 euros per stay. The cottage is located in the medieval village of Estoher. This authentic village is surrounded by vineyards, peach trees, olive groves and wooded hills. The cottage has a fixed silent air conditioning, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a bedroom. In the living room there is a cozy sitting area and a double sofa bed. Adjacent you will find the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. On the first floor is the bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a gaderobe closet. The south-facing terrace offers enchanting views of a side slope of Mont Canigou and some old walled gardens. You pay cleaning fees and bedding/linen on site.
Nature and surroundings
The 'Pyrénées-Orientales' department, where the cottage is located, is the southernmost part of France and lies against the Spanish border. This area was until the end of the 17th century part of 'Catalunia', the region to which Barcelona also belongs, and therefore has the same history as its Spanish southern neighbor. The Catalan influence is still very noticeable in architectural styles, events, the relaxed lifestyle and French-Catalan cuisine. Travel guides and hiking maps are at your disposal in the cottage.
